When attempting to download, I get a “Please go back and read the download instructions fully” message.

The download system is automated. If you receive this message, it’s probably due to one of the following reasons.

  • Browser issues. Try a different browser, especially if using Safari on the Mac.
  • You did not tick the box below titled “please tick this box”.
  • You entered your email address incorrectly.
