To access files, you use the File Selection dialog. This dialog is a standard system dialog and its exact appearance will depend on what operating system you are using. Under Windows 95 the dialog will appear as:

You click on the file you want, or on a folder to move into a subdirectory and then click on Open to open the file. Under Windows 2000, 98, 95, NT and 3.1 you can also type in information about file names and directories. The list at the bottom allows you to select different types of files.
