There are two ways to changes Constants and Lookups for a new simulation. The first way is to change the values interactively at the beginning when you set up the simulation either on the Sketch as discussed above or using the Constant Changes dialog discussed below. The second is to create a file containing the changes you would like make. The changes file is structured in a format similar to the way Constant and Lookup equations are written.
For small models, interactive changes are likely to be the easiest. For large models with many changes, you might want to use changes files. You can also create changes files interactively using the Save Changes as .cin button in the Changes tab of the Simulation Control. The Model Settings dialog also has a button to create a complete baseline changes file for all model parameters which can then be modified.
