Query boxes appear when Vensim needs a yes or no answer, possibly with the option of cancellation.
Yes performs the suggested action and closes the dialog.
No does not perform the suggested action and closes the dialog.
Cancel usually causes Vensim to stop performing the command sequence that generated the question. For example, clicking the Cancel button in this dialog would stop the exit from Vensim.
