You can pass the same set of commands using DDE as are available in command scripts. To pass a command, use the same format as you would for command scripts, such as
[SPECIAL>LOADMODEL|c:=\models\world.mdl]
} The use of square brackets around the commands passed through DDE is not required by Vensim but is considered standard. It is good practice to include them as there are applications such as Excel which will hang and wait for you to close Vensim if you send a command without the square brackets.
