Excel uses Visual Basic for Applications and essentially works the same way as Visual Basic. You need to include the Visual Basic prototypes just as was done above. You can also fairly easily interact with the contents of different cells in different sheets. These examples are in the vendll.xls file in the Excel97 subdirectory. It requires the full DLL.
Note that Excel does not have the same concept as a form so we use a LOADMODEL command for each of the functions.
