The Equation Editor provides a convenient dialog for entering and modifying equations and other information about variables.
Using the Equation Editor, you can create or modify the equation, units, and documentation for a variable, and set other variable characteristics.
The Equation Editor lets you modify equations interactively. It provides direct access to model variables, functions, and subscripts so that many equations can be entered or modified without using the keyboard.
Readability of long equations can be enhanced by using the Change Font tool to highlight all or parts of an equation with a different color, size or style.
Note: The legacy editor will be available for a limited time for those that need it. To access the legacy editor, right click on the equation editor button and select "Use legacy editor", or click Tools->Options->General and tick "Use legacy equation editor".
