The List Reorder dialog provides a simple mechanism for reordering lists. This is used to reorder custom graphs and to reorder Views.
To use this press the mouse button down on the name of the item you want to move. Then drag that item to the new position you want it to occupy. As you drag the item will be removed from the list and the Cursor will change shape. Release the mouse button with the crosshairs in the space between the two items you want to move between. To make an item first move the cross-hair above right near the top of the window, but keep it in the window. Use the analogous action to make an item last.
If you need to drag an item beyond the visible list, move the cursor above or below the list. The list will scroll. Let it scroll until the position you want is visible then move the cursor to the new position and let go of the mouse button.
