Vensim 9.4 fixes many issues and introduces some new functionality.
Run configuration tool (DSS only)
You can now set up a number of pre-defined runs/scenarios, and run multiple/all with a single click. For more information, see Run configuration tool. Ventity users will be familiar with the great utility of this feature.
Multiple template screens
You can now have multiple template views in a Vensim model.
Changes to behaviour
We've made a small change to the behaviour of the GET_VDF_DATA function. Previously if the VDF/VDFX file that was passed to the function was not present, the function call would fail. The function now reports that it cannot find the file, and fills in :NA: values for the time series before continuing.
Fonts
Vensim now installs a set of fonts that can be used when developing models. Using these will ensure that any model you develop will not require any additional fonts to be installed on Windows/Mac if you share your work.
