You can open the Equation Editor from the Word Options dialog or by Shift-control-clicking on a word or by Shift-clicking with the right mouse button. Once the Equation Editor opens, you can modify whatever equations you choose. When you finish with the Equation Editor, the view you are working with will be updated with changes you have made.
The Check, Load, and Simulate commands will also start the Equation Editor if there are any hidden warnings or errors in your model.
