Change the based on run control parameter to oldrun. If oldrun is 0 or missing Based On is reset to empty. BASED is normally used in conjunction with the SIMULATE>RESUME command. SIMULATE>BASED will reset any changes to constants that might have been made using SIMULATE>READCIN, SIMULATE>SETVAL or SIMULATE>READRUNCHG.
