Make changes to model constants - allows you to temporarily change model constants for that simulation run.
Make changes to model lookup tables - allows you to temporarily change model lookup tables for that simulation run.
Save changes made to a .cin file - allows you to save the changes you made explicitly to a changes file (filename.cin). You will be able to retrieve these changes via the .cin file when you run a new simulation. Useful if you want to make a large number of changes in a simulation run, and base other runs on this run. Otherwise, just use existing datasets (runs) to base new runs on.
Simulate the Model - runs the simulation and creates a dataset (with the file extension .vdf).
